Agreement Purpose
XYMENYA PLATFORM acts as a trusted intermediary between individuals who want to sell and those who want to buy YouTube channels or other Digital asset. Its mission is to provide a secure, transparent, and well‑monitored process, ensuring that both parties have clear proof of the transaction they complete." Transaction Process
XYMENYA PLATFORM verifies both the buyer and the seller. The buyer securely deposits the agreed payment with XYMENYA PLATFORM, while the seller securely submits the account according to the agreed contract. The platform safely protects both the payment and the account until the transaction is successfully completed.

XYMENYA PLATFORM supervises the transfer of ownership rights and ensures that all required steps are completed correctly.

The buyer receives full ownership of the account after all contractual obligations have been fulfilled.

Legal Protection
- General contract principles under Rwandan civil law govern agreements between buyer and seller.
